Pinheiro-Smith's One More and pinheirosmith.com · Last updated 30 October 2026

Pinheiro-Smith ("we", "us") makes Pinheiro-Smith's One More (the "Game"). This policy explains what data the Game sends to us, why, who helps us process it, and what you can do about it. Short version: we don't ask for your real name, email or account details, and we use what we collect to fix bugs and make the Game better. We never sell it.

Your hunter name

The first time you play, the Game asks you for a "hunter name". This is the only thing that links your bug reports, ideas and play stats together. It has no password, and other players can see it next to bugs you discovered. Please don't use your real name or anything that identifies you.

What we collect

When you send a bug report

Only when you press send, the Game sends:

We do not collect your computer's name or its unique device ID.

When you answer questions, share ideas, or mark "me too"

Your answer, idea or vote, with your hunter name. Feedback answers and bug hunt results also include the same technical details listed above.

Play stats (sent automatically)

While you play, the Game sends play stats every few minutes and when you quit: how long you've played, gameplay counters (for example, enemies defeated), choices you made in quests, when you first reached certain moments, your current region and main quest, the game version, and your hunter name. We use this to understand how people play and where they get stuck.

You will be able to turn this off in Settings with Share play stats. In early playtest builds this setting may be hidden; if you want your play stats deleted, email us (see below).

Update checks and downloads

When the Game starts, it checks whether a new version is available. It also downloads the list of known bugs and any feedback questions. If you download the Game or an update through us, we record the time, platform, version, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address (not the address itself).

Your IP address

Like any website, our server sees your IP address when the Game connects. We use it only to stop spam and abuse (for example, limiting how many reports one connection can send per minute). We don't store it, except in the scrambled download record above.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your email, real name, payment details, Steam account or friends list, contacts, or your save files. The Game contains no advertising and no third-party tracking.

Who helps us

How long we keep it

Screenshots are deleted automatically 30 days after the bug they belong to is fixed or closed. Other reports, feedback and play stats are kept while the Game is being developed and supported, so we can track problems over time. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices and rights

Children

The Game is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we'll delete it.

This website

pinheirosmith.com has no cookies, analytics or tracking. Cloudflare, which hosts it, keeps standard server logs for security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll also tell players in the Game's main menu or Journal.
