End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Pinheiro-Smith ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Pinheiro-Smith's One More (the "Game") you agree to it. If you got the Game through Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial use. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights in the Game.
2. What you may not do
Unless the law allows it even though this agreement says otherwise, you may not: copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game; reverse engineer, decompile or remove copy protection from it; or use it to make cheats, exploits or tools that harm other players or our services.
3. Videos and streams
You may stream the Game and post videos and screenshots of it, including monetized ones, as long as you don't claim the Game as your own.
4. Mods
Mods for personal use are fine. Don't share mods that include large parts of the Game's files or that are used to cheat or harm others.
5. Bug reports and feedback
If you send us a bug report, idea or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Game without paying you or crediting you. How we handle the data in a report is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Updates and online features
We may update the Game, and some features (like sending bug reports) need an internet connection. We may change or end online features.
7. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties, including that it will be error-free or run on your system.
8. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the Game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Ending this agreement
This license ends if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using the Game and delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this agreement. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
